Yesterday I tried playing “the floor is lava”. I’m 55. It was a lot like this.
Being so low that you feel as if you are breathing carpeting. Yep… I have been there. Almost every day for the past month and a half. Sucks.
When I get to feeling like this, my daughter seems to know… and just hugs me. She doesn’t say anything. She doesn’t have to.
It does help to know we’re not alone in this. I check in on your strip every day – sending love and light!
