Is that a electric blower with the power cord hanging down. If it is it doesn’t need a muffler. Or is it a gas blower and that’s the pull cord hanging down cause the recoil spring is broke.
I had a “cherry bomb” for my car when I was younger. So lessons learned. 1. A loud obnoxious Chevy Impala is still not cool. 2. Neighbors don’t like loud obnoxious Impala’s. 3. Cherry bombs are illegal in some places(like my home town). …who knew?

My husband loves to use our loud leaf blower early in the morning. It’s his revenge on our neighbors who have raucous late-night parties.
