I heard a joke about never ordering seafood in a restaurant in Oklahoma. A few years later, I was traveling through OK and stopped in a nice restaurant in a large city, and decided to test the warning. It turned out to be valid.
I do eat “supermarket sushi” where I can see it being made. I don’t need the whole shouting, extraneous decor and high prices to enjoy sushi. I would never buy it from a Truck Stop or convenience store.

I didn’t know that sushi causes gas, but I can believe it. The “lube” part doesn’t sound too appetizing either.
