    Well, if the restaurant allows barefoot people who aren’t wearing any underwear to be seated, then I would say masks aren’t required.

    Yes if you are going to a restaurant you have to wear a mask because it’s the law and to protect yourself and people around you.

    I’d be more concerned with his bare hands touching all the food. Did he wash his hands before sticking them in the bag? Where have those hands been? Don’t get me started on the ground where he’s throwing their food! Who’s been tromping around on it?
