There was a guy at the Winco two weeks ago with a classic “plague” mask; except it had modern filters and the sides of the beak would inflate and deflate as he breathed.
See, a Halloween mask, if you tape over the mouth hole, is basically a face shield. Not one bit different than the clear plastic ones you see people wearing.
