Hoarding due to Covid?

Brutus must be the guy who beats my son to the store and buys all the things on my list.

I go grocery shopping every two weeks.

And there’s still nothing to eat in the house.

Happens when you shop on an empty stomach. I have done that to myself.

Rule number 1: never shop when you are hungry.

We go when we are out of milk.

Hope there is room for all that on the shelves, in the fridge & freezer.

Once a week: Luncheon and shopping with a sister or two.

Never let the husband do grocery shopping!

Ah yes, the ubiquitous loaf of French bread sticking out of a grocery bag. Well done! ☺

I have to sneak the groceries when I go shopping because I have a tendency at times to overbuy. At least she didn’t yell at him or make him feel bad. Cudos for her on that. However, he is pushing the envelope by asking for her help in bringing in the rest of the groceries….

Ever since election day, the store where I work has been hit hard

We’ve been wondering if its another round of covid hoarding, or if people are stocking up to shelter at home in case of rioting

Given the amount of groceries Brutus bought and given Gladys’ culinary skills, I think we are looking at some major future mass destruction.

He obviously only went in for a few things. I go in for a few things and come out with a basket full!!

Hope they have a grocery storage shed.

Maybe he’s trying to get out of doing the shopping in the future?

the missus across the street visits our local supermarket two or three (sometimes four) times a day and returns with heavy bags every time. we marvel at her shopping prowess, but wonder what on earth she could possibly be buying in such quantity, every darn day. the amount of trash those two folks generate is ungodly…

We only shop about once a month because Walmart is 60 miles away. Use local grocery store for things like milk and stuff we forgot at Walmart.

I live in the middle of nowhere, I go to town once a month and even that is exhausting.

It’s literally a pain to have to carry groceries and put them away but, that’s life I have to deal with every week.
