we used to have a chinese buffet place in my city. There were a lot of reports of missing cats in that neighbourhood, so anytime my wife wanted to go there to eat i’d tease her about wanting some Fu Lam Kitty.
Before the pandemic we used to eat at a Chinese buffet, the trick was you had to get there before one o’clock because a bus of senior Asian on a gambling trip would show up. Utter chaos would ensue, you had to stay seated or you would get trampled. It was kinda neat to hear them laugh and speak in their native tongue, quite a show.
