Mt. Snoopy?

Snoopy finds this rappelling…

Snoopy, I think that you got something stuck up your nose.

He climbed up Snoopy because he was there.

On top of Mount SnoopyAll covered with snow,I saw Woodstock plant a Red Flag,Right next to his toe.

At least he didn’t have to use any pitons on the final ascent…

I’m sure we all wonder about Snoopy’s penchant for roof sleeping even in the snow. But, I have noticed that where a dog sleeps is often just as illogical as Snoopy’s preference. I have a dog out back that has her selection of two very good dog houses. One house is of wood construction, above ground, sheltered by two roofs and carpeted. Another house is partially below ground so the floor is cooler in the summer and warmer in winter and always dry. Does she uses either of them? Of course not. She prefers the covered deck where she can be buffeted by the wind and light rain. Dogs.

I never understand how they get the piton and rope way above them like that when they’re ascending.

I claim this Dog in the name of the Earth!

We’re summitting Saddleback Peak next weekend when Daughter arrives.

I don’t understand why he has to be outside at all. It’s snowing. Bring in your animals, they are freezing. Ya, I get it, it’s a comic…but still.

Today’s “Mother Goose and Grimm” has a cute reference to Snoopy sleeping on the doghouse.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we here a have bird who has climbed to what seems a little mountain shaped of a doghouse and a dog.

“I claim this peak in the name of all birds everywhere!”

The best part of today’s comic is the introduction panel, with Woodstock’s bird foot in the large boot!

Today Woodstock would be taking a selfie and posting it to, where else, Twitter.
