Best way to clean a garbage disposal:Run it until everything that can be chopped up and rinsed out has been.Then take a lemon and slice it lengthwise in fourths. Hold the pieces together and stuff it down the disposal. Run it for 5-10 sec to get the lemon kinda chopped up a litttle bit. Then let it sit overnight, and in the morning run it normally.Do this once a week at minimal cost, works great.
