I don’t have that joy since May 2019 , and I don’t miss it .

I CAN’T BELIEVE GLADYS USED THAT FILTHY FOUR LETTER WORD!

I actually enjoyed working… and for a great company!! Then I suffered a disability and had to retire!!

BUMMER!!

I worked as an engineer at Boeing for almost 30 years. I would have worked there a lot longer, maybe up to age 70, but they closed down the facility in this berg and laid me off. I had to retire early. I do miss working.

Bummer, indeed.

Leave it to the wife to hit a person with a dose of reality. I do have to say that telecommuting has given me a new outlook on my work. Every day is casual Friday.

Nope! Not anymore! Today is my first real day in retirement.

I wonder why Gladys uses a cup when she could just drink out of the pot?

there’s always someone there to remind us of what we don’t want to do… or have to do.

That looks like the weakest coffee I have ever seen…

Or is Gladys drinking tea?

Having to go to work every day kills all joy, on the other hand retirement is joy every day. If you believe that I may be able to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge. LOL!!

I forget days of the week too sometimes. He must have forgotten that it was Monday. That will definitely ruin a good morning, poor guy……
