For years my father touched his toes every day to stay slim. Then he found out it didnāt help lose weight, but of course it did help stay flexible. He played tennis until age 77 and lived to 94, so it sure didnāt hurt.
The people that promote āspeed yogaā crack me up. They manage to make contemplative stretching into something resembling a competitive sport. If you āwinā at yoga, you are doing it wrong.

Well, yes and noā¦ some of my fav classes were 30 min onesā¦ and in Insia they have a history of yoga competitionsā¦
