The guy ahead of me decided he needed a snowblower. He bought the one that looks like a Prius with an auger on the front that can clear airport runways. I bought a 20" electric one year, on sale, at the end of the season. It sat in the box for 4 years before we had enough snow to use it.
We had a state rotary plow encounter a compact car that had been abandoned and become buried in a snow drift. It had two gallons of red paint in the hatch back. The paint sprayed out onto the snow and the plow operator almost had a heart attack, thinking he had hit a car with someone in it.

Looks like he got the more powerful model. Money well spent.

The wife wanted a new car anyway. But he did just chewed up the trade in.

The optional carbide-tooth ice chipper upgrade struts its stuff.
