It’s not like some telepathic alien told Rip that Cobra was his soulmate or anything.

It’s deja vu all over again! Last New Year we had a multi-week arc when Rip was all squinty-eyed, wearing the same hat and off to solve a murder mystery. The only thing missing at present is his huge trench coat and a corpse.

First a breakfast dinner, and, now a bar. Is there a limit to Cobra’s cover talents?

Cobra does seem to be quite fond of Sheriffs. Mind you, this doesn’t always work out well for her. (Remember Sheriff Rock?)

Oh good! We’ll have fireworks for new year’s eve!

Looks more and more like Dick Tracy every day.

I seem to recall Rip being sheriff of this town, until Cobra paid the mayor (Uncle Spur) to replace him with Rodeo Jones.
