The sheer outrage fans exhibit over “crimes” that other sports shrug over is mind boggling. “Deflategate” has its own Wikipedia article, for chrissake; in hockey, a deliberate equipment malfunction is a two-minute minor penalty, in baseball they throw the player out of the game at the level worst. In most sports, “sign stealing” would be called “good eyes/ears, dude.”
Off-topic to today’s cartoon, but did anybody else see that weird “spin-around” play the Chiefs tried yesterday? Probably THE dumbest thing I ever saw on a football field—and I saw Ryan Leaf on numerous occasions………
