I love a child with imagination, especially one who hangs on to it into adulthood. I would definitely read a strip about mermaids/superhero sharks.
And the villain polluters know that anytime they annoy the Mermaid-Sharks, one chomp and they are gone.
I expect the strip is packed with biting humor, yes?
Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, I see you there. You clear out, too.
The earliest comic book characters I came up with were super powered housepets
Still think there’s a story in there
’Cause in this day and age, where would you find a phone booth?
In keeping with the tenets of superhero science. The transformation has to have graphic impact.
That is completely logical in 1980’s superhero cartoon physics! Young Amanda has it right.
I remember the 80s cartoon I was trying to emulate – Tiger Sharks! (I loved Thundercats, loved Silverhawks, so….you know.)
