In the minds of those anti-wind-farm idiots… a wind generator is uglier than thousands of rusting electricity pylons…

There is no doubt that as soon as wind and solar energy are cheaper and more reliable than combustion fuels, they will replace them.

One windmill is scenic, a multitude of them is a blight on the landscape. As with solar they only last ±20 years, then the dead parts are not recyclable and difficult to dispose of. There HAS to be a better way!
