That’s going to haunt you forever.

I have a solution… when I remember to use it :) … As I approach a doorway, I begin to rehearse my mission to myself. As I walk through, my memory is being refreshed, and that works actually pretty well.

I carry a book (well, these days, a Kindle w/ the font turned up large) everywhere… which means that I set it down in every room in the house. And thus lose it in every room in the house. Fortunately, there are a limited number of rooms… And I’ve also begun forming the habit of putting it in the same spot every time: Kitchen? On the charger. Dining Room? At my place. Bedroom? On my bedside table. Of course “forming” is a long way from “formed”, dang it.
