The copyright date shows that this was drawn after Trump’s billionaire tax giveaway that screwed the lower classes.

Joe Lunchbox after eating baloney sandwiches for the pass four years so his daughter could go to school, heard about the loan forgiveness. ( and some are bitchin’ it may ONLY be 50 grand and three guesses who is going to be on the hook for it )

Filed my taxes; I have to pay X dollars on the Federal. A coupla weeks later I get a second 1099 from an inherited IRA indicating the amount of withholding: Y dollars. (The first of those 1099s said the withholding amount was ‘not determined’). So for the first time I need to amend my return so I owe X-Y dollars. Need to wait till Turbo Tax gets the amendment forms (1040X).

Retired in 2019, so 2020 was the first year of not drawing a paycheck. Even with taking some funds from an IRA it was enjoyable to watch the top of the TurboTax screen – $0 taxes owed. Okay, no refund either, but was not expecting one since I had paid in nothing. It feels like a win.
