Was he cute? If so, then he was the gentleman of stormy weather. Someone who makes you think of him and makes your husband have stormy thoughts. I had hopes that Mermaid, the Super Aqua Woman, would be here today. Maybe next week?

The guy was a weather jinx.

North Dakota winter is Always out to get you

Did you talk to someone in North Idaho? It was nice outside and now it is cloudy and rainy. Like ‘they’ say, if you don’t like the weather, wait five minutes and you will ~ If you like the weather, wait 5 minutes and you won’t. Always a great topic of conversation!

I like the Seattle forecast, “If you can’t see Mt. Rainier it’s raining. If you can see it, it’s going to rain.”

It’s a corollary to Murphy’s Law. If you mention something and it’s bad, it happens. If it’s good, it goes away.

In Minot, the snow never fell. It blew through from Montana on it’s way to Minnesota, and a few sluggards would stick to anything taller than an inch.
