Little kids’ attention spans sure get on adults’ nerves.

You would never get pre-schoolers to be able to make an origami duck, even one that looks like a dog.

Kids never learn at that age; they were just in the Time Out Corner a few days ago! The prime instigators were Beni (panel 1) and Alice (panel 2), and they were followed down the Primrose Path to Perdition by the other four Blisshaven miscreants!

Poor Miss Bliss. Origami may be too easy for this Wild Bunch….

Crushing the kids creativity is what the school system is all about.

Besides, these kids are too young to be taught about Origamisms anyway!

Why mess around with paper; you can buy cootie-catchers, cheap.

“…would we be issued weapons, too?”. LOL! Yes, the Cootie Catcher is made in America. Use it wisely!

One of my classes in Catholic school had a talk about evolution, about whether it’s opposed to church teaching or utterly unrelated, but the teacher broke it off quickly as our questions veered toward “If we had tails would we wear them under or out of our clothes?”

Probably wouldn’t be allowed to do that to children today as it might damage their psyche.

One line under “No”. Two lines under “No”. Three lines under “No”. Time-Out Corner…

Something for you schoolyard philosophers to ponder:

Is it really a “time out” if everyone takes it at the same time and place?

In the military, we issue lethal weapons to teenagers.

You can’t go wrong with a cootie catcher. Ah, the classics.

Considering how often this happens, maybe the Time-Out Corner needs to be replace with a solitude corner for Miss Bliss.
