We brought home a new puppy to our senior cat, and he wasted no time showing that dog who was in charge. The puppy, being so young, went right along with it. When the cat was in a grumpy mood and he puppy wanted to play, the cat would sit up n his haunches and take a few swings at the pup. She picked up on this as a kind of play, and she would sit up and wave her paws, too. It was funny to see them do this as the puppy grew. She ended up being more than twice the cat’s size, but they would still sit up and wave at each other. It was really funny.
