how certain are you, Roger, the seminar ain’t a scam?

Roger finds a seat in the empty auditorium where he was told that the seminar was in (after spending the $800). He just sits and waits.

Eventually, a janitor walks in and is surprised to see him there. Roger tells him why he’s there, and the janitor tells him there’s nothing on the schedule, and there is no seminar. Then the janitor tells Roger that he is the biggest idiot he ever met.

Steps four, five and six?

Yeah, Roger. That’ll show him. (Sarcasm.) At least he’s complaining to the iguana. Anyone else in the family might not be so kind.

No. Stop. Don’t do it.

…and people wonder how America got into the mess we’re in

Roger you will never learn.

Sounds like Trump University to me.

These sorts of transitions can be pretty hard. Particularly when what triggers it is deep shaking of your priorities. I can empathize with Roger in questioning what was really important in my life and then realizing the skill set I had didn’t really fit those priorities.

I was impressed that he called himself an idiot. Then he dug himself deeper.
