Dogs have to go outside, whatever the weather is!!

I was trapped on a phone call when my puppy wanted out. Then she NEEDED to get out so she grabbed me by the sleeve and dragged me to the door.

Dogs certainly don’t need to talk.

So much for subtle hints!

Red is a tad bit lazy. Good news, @ least mom isn’t walking Rover. Then again, I am guilty as well. Nobody walked their dog in our neighborhood in the 60s-70s. Ha, our Basset Hound spent the whole summer in the men’s grille @ the golf club across the street. Didn’t need a leash for that.

I had taught my Shep/Lab mix to get my sneakers and her leash, before I took her for a walk.(She even knew my work sneakers from my, walk, sneakers!) Once, at about 3am, she dumped my sneakers on my sleeping head…she really had to go!

Rover knows what it takes to get what he wants.

Or he could just walk over to the tv stand and lift a leg…that would get Red up in a hurry!

Rover should have a towel by the door for when they return.

This is where a fenced in back yard comes in mighty handy!

My cat will go walking with me in light rain. She has a cat flap but simply prefers to go walking with me several times a day.

I have a fenced yard and that is one of the reasons, actually 4 reasons.
