Comparing the table in panels 1, 2, and 3, it looks like a table is kind of hard to draw as well.

Not just the piano. Our Dear Creator Cartoonist also took the low road in (not) drawing hands/fingers (which is common practice).

There’s a backside to a piano he missed. It’s actually the guts of the instrument where the strings are!
