The uniform part is too funny. I have a co-work who dressed every day in the same way as the state prisoners at Vacaville (same as Soledad). His house was across the street from the fenchline of the prison. He locked himself out of the house with all ids inside and was trying to break back in. The prison at the same had a miscount of prisoners and some guards happen to be patrolling by the house. He was late by 4 hours. After that, he wore a variety of shirts.
Reminds me of when I was in the military. I went on a Baptist retreat weekend. All the guys were dressed in identical (government issue) civilian clothes. We might as well have been wearing uniforms.
