Yes Spud, and they always emitted an odor that looked like a seductive woman’s hand, and kept getting stolen by hobos who carried their belongings in bindles.

Oh Spud, you were saved from a life of crime, pie stealing crime.

See!? Mrs. MacIntosh didn’t shoo Henry the Seagull out of the classroom.

It’s hard for kids to realize the past. Heck, who even makes apple pies anymore, most kids would think they come out of a box and if anything, need defrosting. And, what’s a window sill anyway?

While I really like Wallace’s time machine concept, I really don’t want him messing with time……

Well, no pie left on a window sill is complete without a potential someone to try and steal it, so since Spud’s willing to be that person…

And yes, for the record, that was indeed something people did back in the day (weather permitting).

I wonder about that myself…keeps me up at night!
