Saw a real estate ad once. Two old west desperadoes, all nasty looking, glaring each other down. One says, “This town ain’t big enough for the both of us!”
The other says, “Well, wadda you propose to do about it?”
The first says, “I’m building a development.”
Then you see a shot of them looking over plans spread out on the hood of a pickup.
My grandfather was bald before he turned 20. One night Aunt Mary had a friend over for supper, and dessert was ice cream. It was frozen so hard that Grandma had trouble scooping it out of the tub, so Grandpa said, “Oh, just serve everybody else and I’ll eat the rest.” Mary’s friend’s eyes went wide. “You’ll be sick!” “Oh, no, I do this all the time.” She thought a bit and said, “So that’s how you lost your hair! You froze it off!” (Maybe that’s what happened to Adam, too.)

The ice cream people think we didnt notice the Half gallon shrinking down to 1 1/2 quarts but we noticed…oh how we noticed!
