I’ve barely left the house this past year.

The bird flu or is it flew?

There’s an orange tree outside a Waffle House near here. Rose needs to camp out and wait for the grackle that perched in it just as I arrived one day and launched into his entire routine.

I don’t speak grackle myself, but there was no mistaking that I was witness to a long and complicated narrative.

I see that Twitter is up and running at the Gumbo residence.

Mrs Gumbo does not need a vacation. She has all it takes to enjoy right in her porch. The migration stories are way too better than corporate cellphone noise.
