I’m starting to favor dv1093’s suggestion a few days ago for Jimmy Johnson to start a second strip to explain the first one to us.

He’s just as insistent, as well!

Good food, a nice place to lie down and protracted petting. Makes me purr.

Today I received an email from my local newspaper (The News & Observer in Raleigh, NC) notifying readers about changes to the comics page beginning Monday. It read in part “We know that readers have their favorites and that the change could be disruptive for some. But after working with the syndicates that produce the features, we have put together an updated package that includes many of the most popular offerings and introduces several new ones.”

It is true that changing the comics pages generates a lot of letters to editor. It did not mention what is coming, staying, or going. I am putting this comment under Arlo & Janis because maybe it will result in a good vibe going out into the universe that this is one that gets added. I have advocated for it in the past. Obviously, I can read it here but I want others to be aware of it as well.
