I’m blessed with a certain restlessness and cannot simply sit staring for the length of a movie. After half an hour, I have to take a walk – away from the direction of the refrigerator. It has served me well, I look literally weeks younger than my actual age. :)
People talk about couch potatoes all the time, but they’re gradually becoming outnumbered by the folk who sit in front of their computer screens all day: the dreaded “mouse potatoes.”
