He is a pea brain. So far on my diet I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t gained any either. Current weight is 212. Need to get down to 170-180. Have a great weekend my friends.
It makes sense when we were hunter/gatherers. When there’s plenty of food, you need to keep eating available food when you’re full. You may have to do without later on. Your body wants to maintain your top weight. I always feel like eating right after I eat, and since I’m a fortunate human who has sufficient supplies available, I don’t eat when I’m hungry, I eat when the clock says that it’s time. Not always easy to do, but along with making prudent choices, it works.
