Florida seems to know.

Several beaches in Florida have imposed a 23-year-old minimum age limit. This is the only way they will see those beaches.

Not sure when Spring Break became a “right”… must have been after I graduated…

I guess you could simulate Spring Break: smoke and out butts out on furnishings and rugs; drink booze until you pass out and/or puke everywhere but in the toilet – don’t flush; cut a few holes in the walls between rooms so no one can see you sneak between rooms; trash your kitchen, your living room, your bedrooms and yard if you have one; if your home has 2 stories or more and a balcony, jump. Just a few of the ways you can simulate what resorts experience annually… consider it a StayCation.
