I see the issue here. You have a car. Get rid of the car and away go the gas and ticket costs. Not having a car limits the number of cases of booze you can buy at any given time. It also limits interactions with the fairer sex since they are rarely impressed by how many gears are on your bicycle. Doubtful about the weed, too, since I am given to understand that many times the purchase of said product is in what is known as “somewhat sketchy” neighborhoods.
