Congress – minimum job requirement: enunciate ‘yay’ and ‘nay’ – and how soon do we raise our salaries?
It seems to me that they spend MOST of their time trying to avoid the decision points.
How does that work? Well, you just wait to see how the other side is voting and you go the opposite way. Doesn’t matter what the issue is.
