First time I’be seen the Pickles asleep (although I’m Earl’s case, it won’t be that long!)

We have agreed to turn the furnace down at night. Spouse wants it cool when nodding off, and goes earlier to bed. So when I get to bed, I’m too cool. Thus, I’m quite aware that my breath is nice and warm, because that’s how I can warm up those cold cold sheets…

every time I tried to make this one pet cat form my adolescence to early adulthood sleep with me, I’d sleep and it would just walk around the on the bed probably trying to find a comfortable spot and sniff me if I were still alive or something

Sure, it seems cute now, but what about when the kitten bursts out?

Dogs have their doghouse to spent a comfortable night, why doesn’t the cats have their outside cathouse ?

One really fat cat I had (Coolie) when my wife was lying on the couch would jump on her and proceed to knead her stomach and drive her nuts! He was the best cat ever!

What is wrong with a warm fuzzy sleeping cap?

That happened to my brother one time….and one time only.

We’ve had a cat never did that, only time was to tell me at dawn want food to eat.

One morning, while I was still in bed, I felt this heavy pressure on my chest. I thought I was having a heart attack. But no, it was the 16# cat.

I used to wake up every morning to find one of our cats sleeping on my head, and one on my chest.

two seems to be the most preferred.

I had a Siamese a few years back. She would curl up above my head on my pillow to sleep. Especially if I had a migraine. Such a sweet kitty.

A long time ago (all my stories seem to start with that phrase) stayed overnight with a friend who had a cat that insisted on getting into bed with me. I tried to discourage it gently at first, then roughly. Finally I got to sleep -waking up in the morning with that darn cat sleeping across my forehead.
