I have 7 identical shirts, 7 identical pairs of pants, and the rest of my clothing looks alike too. I’m either a comic strip character or I hate deciding what to wear each day.

This is probably the most meta comic strip I have ever seen. I believe it pointed up an entirely new dimensional axis and broke the fifth wall.

Half the comic strip characters of the 20th century never changed clothes … which wasn’t a problem for many of the women, since most of them didn’t have underwear on anyway.

If a comic strip character always dresses the same, why do they need more than one set of clothes?

I thought she’d said, “Little Nero in Slumberland” and I was wondering if Richard Thompson had made up a Winsor McCay in addition to the one that already existed. But then I remembered how to read.
