Who put Yaz’s big sister up to asking Steve anyway? And I thought 16 is the age of consent….At least that’s what was said that one night…..

Age of consent varies from state to state, and you should probably worry about those who have memorized exactly which ones allow younger ages.

In the south, that’s an arranged marriage.

Yaz goes on to appear in a great many BC strips.

And in Steve Dallas’ defence, he’s supposed to be fresh out of law school when he shows up for the first time in the strip, so it’s not like he’s 45. He’s a pig, but not a really creepy one.

In Steve’s case, he was probably creepy and/or piggish when he was in grade school. (Depends on how we’re defining the words here.)
