While there are some exceptions, my experience with roads less traveled is that there is usually a reason that those roads are less traveled.

pearisbs there are many reasons for taking a road less traveled and most have nothing to do with road maintenance.

I usually don’t wait for the roads to by built, I just make my own. I also have the marks from hitting a few trees.

In my experience, the road less traveled has more potholes, because it isn’t maintained.

It may have fewer pot holes, but it appears to have a serious bump if your car is airborne, Ziggy. :-O

If I’m on the road less traveled, it’s probably also unmarked, and I am lost.

Drove OTR trucks for years. Most drivers would go miles out of their way just to take interstates, I loved taking the back roads and seeing the different scenery.

I dare you to find a “less-traveled road” these days.

Could be the road is less travelled because of the potholes.

What surprises me is that no one seems to realize that he isn’t referring to actual roads.
