School picture is not the only fat guy around, Nate is stupid for thinking that. It could easily be some other dude.

This doesn’t really make sense, because it could be anyone in that suit, like Principal Nichols or Coach John. They may be doing that job for the same reason Mr. Rosa scoops ice cream, “to pay the bills”. Nate just judged him by his body type, and he got lucky. It was a highly illogical guess to say that he was in that suit, as Nate had no idea that SPG even got fired in the first place. But I guess this is the beauty of comic strips, making highly improbable events happen in realistic situations.

Others in the strip may have that big round belly, but only School Picture Guy appears in such varied side gigs. None of the other characters do. Of course Nate would guess SPG instead of anyone else.

Well I’m gonna take a break for a few months from big Nate, the whole point of big Nate is to make me laugh but the repetitive school picture guy ark on top of what happened yesterday makes me not really want to read bn

I really hope that wasn’t the whole 4th of July stuff. It only comes around once a year and what we got was Nate talking to SPG (One of my least favorite characters) for a whole week
