I always thought that a pasture was for grazing, and a meadow was for growing hay.

Why not go a step further and call it a lea. Then lowing in the lea will be classy and alliterative

Lowing in a pasture is so.. lonely, sad? Doing it (lowing) in a meadow inspires poets, butterflies and rainbows.

I guess Karl will ‘spring’ instead of hop.
