But officer, Andy is innocent of any wrong doings, until he found guilty in a court of law. (At least in the U.S.. I’m not sure of the United Kingdom though)

And when Andy sobers up a bit, he’ll actually be able to tell you his rights.

Never met a drunk or fool in politics who wasn’t right about their rights in their snotted mind.

But three rights make a left, right? Something Cosmo of the Fairly Oddparents said once…

Andy’s been arrested so many time for public drunkenness that the police have a preprinted arrest form for him. All they have to do is fill in the date and time.

Terminology matters. One of my all-time favorite Andy episodes was when Andy was being accosted by a copper:

“My, my, we are sloshed, aren’t we?”

“I’ll have yer know that I’m NOT sloshed, I’m just intoxicated!”

“Oh, well…..in that case I won’t pinch yer, I’ll just ‘apprehend’ yer.”

“I should think so, too!”

He has the right to remain silent, because anything he says will be stupid anyway.
