And as regards zombies on wheels: Though I never met her, an expression used by my great-grandmother seems apt. If she thought someone, still ambulatory, looked so sick that they ought to be in bed, she’d say He looked like Death on skaters!
Zombie on a Roller Coaster sounds like an old metal band. But when I did a search for it, all I got were Call of Duty and Walking Dead memes. I’ve decided that I don’t want to know more about that.

Depending on the lore specific to a particular Zombieverse :
(1) All living individuals are asymptomatic carriers of the zombification agent and will become zombies upon death by any cause.Or (2) The bite or scratch of a zombie infects a person with the agent and they become zombified at death, hastened by direct infection.
(3) Other causes of transformation (and exceptions to these general rules) are likely in operation too.
But sero-conversion to Nancyism can apparently be effected through an art lesson.
Some say the world will end in fire, some say in ice. But also, it’s probably wise to change the channel as soon as the face of Bob Ross appears.

The scary part is that the zombie isn’t enjoying it.
