I’m thinking of doing a “GoComics Sings” comic thread. I want it to be a meme song, or at least a funny song, so does anyone have any suggestions for songs?

I’ve been thinking about what would be some good ideas for a Big Nate arc and possibly a two week long school class trip going to some sort of area.

Sorry, if I’m a little late, but I had a lot of chores to do. Read below.

Big Nate: Total Madness – Part 1, Chapter 2

I look for my name at the players’ list and I find something, that I have a look on:

“Akeem’s team – members: Akeem Johnson, Nate Wright, Francis Pope, Teddy Ortiz,…”

YES! I’m in Akeem’s team! I talk to Francis, Teddy and Coco (for those who are confused – she’s the new girl at our school and she recently became Teddy’s girlfriend).

“Can you believe it?”, I ask.

“I had to look again at the list, I just couldn’t believe, our captian is gonna be NICE for the first time!”, Francis says.

“Not like some of other guys”, Coco looks at Randy while saying it.

“Yeah”, I nod.

After this conversation, we head to the classroom. Fortunately, Mrs. Godfrey, doesn’t yell at us. She probably knows the reason. We sit on our seats.

Usually, when Mrs. Godfrey lectures, I doodle in my notebook. But it got impounded. Lemme get this straight. On Maths, I was normally doing tasks, but then, I got bored and drew this comic:

One day, at the hospital…

Nurse Maureen: Doctor, we have a new client!

Doctor Cesspool: Who’s that?

Nurse: Her name is Mrs. Godfrey, she quickly needs an operation!

Later, in the surgery room…

Doctor: I think I see the problem! Nurse, handle me a spare heart!

Nurse: Why?

Doctor: Because Mrs. Godfrey has never—-

I didn’t even manage to write the punchline, because Mr. Staples was standing near my desk and looking at me. (footnote from author – try to guess, what’s the punchline of Nate’s comic!)
