Off topic, sort of. Has anybody else noticed that there are a lot of birds at the feeders? We are going through birdseed at an alarming rate. We have hardly seen any bugs this season – no beetles, flies, crickets, etc. We even have starlings and grackles, which we normally only see when it snows and they can’t get to the grubs, etc. in the yard. Now, they are flocking to the feeders.

Do the birds really need a plane?

You could call them birdbrains, but they were smart enough to build an airplane

Mechanically-aided flight is for the birds! What color is their parachute?

Doug does not understand that this puts them on par with hawk, owls, etc. They’re in a talon-substitute, assuming they have a machine gun.

Actually, they are making history. First time 2 birds piloted a miniature plane…

Better to say nothing and let others think you’re an idiot than to say something and remove all doubt

Well they’re getting on in age, so they have to compensate.
