Adam is consistent, even if he is consistently lazy

Well that’s not very encouraging.

Does the health kick last longer each time, or shorter each time?

Well, I think that going on a “health kick” every now and then is helpful. Maybe not Mr. Universe or Olympic asperations but just enough to make your heart a little stronger and make it last a little longer.

Wave some coffee under his nose, maybe that will snap him out of it.

It takes between 5 – 15 times for someone to successfully quit smoking. I would not be surprised it takes a similar number of times to get on a health kick for someone like Adam.

It’s cruel. I used to show my first wife pictures of how she looked after the last time she wanted to go up in the nearby mountains to play in one-inch of snow.
