At one time “teams” was the HR-dejour for our company. I was put on a team and one of the things they demanded was consensus. I finally got kicked off the team. It didn’t take long.
“There is no ‘I’ in team.” “Correct. But the is an ‘m’ and an ‘e’”.
Problem is, a lot of leaders don’t know what “leader” means either.
