I bet it’d been a loooong time since Lil had a ‘hayride’.

Here in Canada, we always put on a few kilograms for the winter – traction you know.

One PS latte – 420 calories, 14 g fat (8 g sat fat), 59 g carbs. Some are worse. And how many people order a grande?

It’s like the three Big Macs, two large fries, and a Diet Coke crowd wondering where all the extra pounds came from.

It is also football season, Tailgating, beer , nachos, pizza, tacos, guacamole, the list goes on. Is this a great country or what!
