Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Those running gags storylines where Garfield always have fallouts with these arachnids are know as âThe Garfield Spider Warsâ (I came up with the title). Only I donât know when
he (Jim Davis) started that. And if you havenât notice, they look like
black widows!
Uh-oh! lols! tsk! That ornament could be slipped off and crushed on the spider purposely!

That black spider could be without red âhourglassâ shape. :-] Iâve seen the black spider without red âhourglassâ shapes but I rather whack it with broom or something very solid like a rock and get rid of âem no matter if it is a black widow or not.
Black Widows are not the terror that many people seem to think. Though they may carry poison, they rarely bite anyone and if they do the chances of your dying are miniscule. A spider will not seek you out to bite you (the same applies to Rattlesnakes), but will do so when feeling threatened. If you do not like them, merely move them outside, there is no need to kill them.
Black widows, unless you are weak enough to die from the poison, do no lasting damage. The really scary spider is the brown recluse. They have flesh dissolving venom that will permanently disfigure you. For the same reason, I would rather meet a copperhead/rattlesnake than a cottonmouth.

i love it who would have thought that a little spider being all happy and exiceted about christmas would have a bulb fall on him, funny though.
