I watched 9/11 unfold in real time, as it happened, from the comfort of my living room. As any American that watched that day it’s easy to remember just what it felt like. I watched 1/6 pretty much start to finish. It felt the same. Exactly the same. The only difference being the nature of the attacker. One was a group of shadowy religious zealots and the other could have been my neighbors.

How can republicans claim to be Americans and tolerate the shenanigans of their party? Hypocrisy rears its ugly head in the solemn observance of the remembrance of The World Trade Center.

Sad that there are those on the left who can’t let go of their hatred for their fellow Americans and feel the need to post words of division and disrespect when at least on this day we should be united. Very sad only.
