In our house we have a traditionally division of labor – my wife does most of the housekeeping inside, I do most of the outside work plus cleanup after dinner (she cooks, I eat, so I guess this is fair), take out the trash (I think that this task requires a Y chromosome), make coffee (This is a man’s job; it’s in the Bible – there’s a whole book about it: Hebrews) and I also iron (it harkens back to my military days when I could not find any shop to press my uniforms to MY standards) and vacuum (It takes a heavy hand and I don’t have a problem lifting up the end of a couch to vacuum under it).
One chore I do not do is dust. My wife absolutely hates flat spaces. If she sees one, she has to cover it up with tchotchkes. I am NOT going to remove them all and replace them.

Hey Paige will empty the bag, the perfect crime

It is pretty bad that Paige doesn’t even know where they keep the vacuum.
